Senior Inbound Tour Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Inbound Tour Consultant to join our team at SATSA. As a Senior Inbound Tour Consultant, you will be responsible for selling bespoke East Africa or Southern Africa luxury travel products to clients in the German market.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric + Tourism Diploma/Degree/Certificate and 5-7 years of experience working in a DMC environment targeting the German market. You will also have fluent German language skills, valid work permit or permanent SA ID, and excellent MS Office skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with tour operators and businesses in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.
  • Quoting for Groups & FITs in Southern Africa as an Inbound Tour Operator.
  • Tailor-making luxury safari holidays to Botswana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

As a Senior Inbound Tour Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with renowned tour operators and businesses in the German market, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
