Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Accountant to join our team at Primeserv Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing consolidated monthly management accounts, interim and annual reports for the group and its subsidiary companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Consolidated Financial Reports: You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management accounts, interim and annual reports.
  • Statutory Reporting: You will ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including SARS, COID and Stats SA.
  • Asset Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that all assets are properly insured in line with group policy.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' relevant financial reporting experience and articles experience at an audit firm.
  • Skills: Computer proficiency - MS Excel (non-negotiable) and Sage 300 / Accpac working experience.
