Job Description

The Sales Analytics Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales teams with data-driven insights, analysis, and decision support. This position operates within a multifaceted environment, encompassing various sales analytics domains, and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This key responsibility involves utilizing advanced analytical expertise, combined with technical skills and high business acumen to provide sales insights for business planning and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in using Power BI, statistical and quantitative analysis techniques, data visualizations, and data analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expert understanding of advanced data analysis techniques and the ability to uncover strategic insights from data.
  • Advanced Power BI capabilities, including connecting to multiple data sources, developing optimized schemas, and creating complex DAX formulas.
  • Advanced understanding of data analysis tools, including advanced Excel, and at least one relevant coding language (e.g., SQL, R, Python).
  • Advanced understanding of relational databases.
  • Advanced knowledge of techniques for transforming and structuring data for analysis and ETL processes for data extraction and transformation.
