Key Performance Indicators:

  • Repair machine parts and inform manager/shift in charge of requirements.
  • Maintain spares in department stores in proper order.
  • Implement and maintain 5S in respective areas.
  • Repair failed parts in own shift and inform shift in charge.
  • Check machine health during job change over.
  • Ensure local and national codes are followed and proper materials are used.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-6 years of relevant experience.
  • ITI Electronics/Diploma in Electronics.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent writing, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
  • Technical know-how of electronics.
  • Willingness to receive constructive feedback and grow.
