We are seeking a skilled Fuel Site Implementation Specialist to join our team at Spinnaker Software. The primary responsibility of this role is to implement and support Fuel Integrated Sites for both new corporate groups and independent clients.

This position requires close collaboration with internal product owners and external service providers to ensure client needs are met.

Assisting sales teams with site surveys is crucial to capturing all required information for new sites.

Fuel Site Implementation Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and support to clients for a smooth handover.
  • Develop and supply technical documentation to internal teams and training manuals for clients.
  • Manage escalations for new and existing sites to minimize client downtime.
  • Support sales teams with site surveys to gather necessary information for new sites.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of POS, Retail (FMCG).
  • A+ N+ or Diploma certification.
  • Microsoft SQL and database knowledge.
  • Systems analysis experience.
  • Managerial, administration, and soft skills.
  • Technical report creation and standardization background.
  • Technical guide/manual creation and standardization background.
  • IT Project management background and experience.

NB: This role involves frequent travel and requires a personal vehicle.
