We are seeking a highly skilled Deed Specialist to join our team at Dante Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and be able to accurately draft bond documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration of bonds and cancellations
  • Attending to bond instructions from receipt of institution to registration in the Deeds office and delivery of the title deeds to the financial institution
  • Accurate and meticulous drafting of Bond Documents
  • FICA administration

Requirements:

  • A degree in Law (LLB) and admission as an Attorney and a Conveyancer
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as a Conveyancer
  • Experience with FNB, ABSA and Nedbank an advantage
