About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team of professionals. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and constructing various projects in the physically and naturally built environment.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects from conception to completion.
  2. Conduct site investigations and analyze data to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  3. Develop and implement technical solutions to complex problems, including conducting feasibility studies and creating blueprints that meet technical specifications.
  4. Assess potential risks, materials, and costs to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  5. Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders to resolve emerging issues and ensure project success.
  6. Oversee and mentor junior staff members and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  7. Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards, meeting regulatory requirements and delivering technical files and documentation as required.
  8. Manage project budgets and procure equipment and materials as needed.
  9. Monitor project progress and compile reports on project status to stakeholders.

Requirements
  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a strong background in project management and construction.
  2. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a preference for PrTech or PrEng qualifications.
  3. Proven experience in designing roads, stormwater, sewer, and water systems for large townships.
  4. Proficiency in using AutoCAD Civil 3D for design purposes.
  5. Experience in contract administration, including GCC 2010 and 2015.
