Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Attend to call-outs within SLA timeframes to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and extend lifespan.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of refrigeration equipment, including mechanical and electrical principles.
Requirements:
  • Matric certification.
  • Refrigeration qualification with Trade Test.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 1-2 years customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years refrigeration experience.
  • Gas handling license.

  • Excellent knowledge of refrigeration equipment and mechanical/electrical principles.
  • Good knowledge of operational geographical area of operation.
