Pronel Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property developers, and clients to ensure ongoing referrals and business.
    • Regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and to promote repeat business.
    • Attend client meetings to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Actively promote our conveyancing services to real estate agents and potential clients to drive new business.
    • Identify and target new business opportunities, including attending property showings and real estate events to network and build new contacts.
    • Attend industry-related events such as property expos, seminars, and real estate networking events to promote our firm and build new relationships.
    • Organize or participate in real estate networking functions to foster connections and partnerships.
  • Marketing and Public Relations
    • Work closely with our marketing team to create promotional materials tailored to real estate agents and clients.
    • Maintain a strong online presence and assist with content creation to promote our services.
    • Collaborate on PR campaigns, including newsletters, client success stories, and press releases, to enhance our visibility and reputation.
    • Monitor market trends and provide insights on how to align our services with client needs and industry demands.

This role combines sales acumen with public relations skills, requiring strong communication, relationship-building abilities, and knowledge of the real estate industry.

Requirements
  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Own transport and driver's license.
  • Reside in the Pietermaritzburg area.
