Job Description

Network Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer to join our team. As an RF Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing radio frequency circuits and sub-systems for applications in telecommunications, aerospace, and defense.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Create and optimize RF circuits and sub-systems to meet performance specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Simulation and Testing: Utilize simulation tools to model RF behavior and perform hands-on testing and validation of RF designs in a lab environment, identifying and resolving issues related to RF interference, signal degradation, and other performance problems.
  • Prototyping and Validation: Develop prototypes to test and refine RF designs, ensuring they meet required standards and specifications, and preparing technical reports and design documentation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with other engineers, project managers, and system engineers to ensure successful project delivery, and prepare technical reports, design documentation, and compliance reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Must have a relevant Engineering Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing RF circuits and sub-systems.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software such as Altium Designer, sound knowledge of RF simulation tools such as ADS, AWR, HFSS, and CST.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Degree: A Master's Degree in a relevant field.
Essential Skills:
  • RF Expertise: Expertise in RF circuits and sub-systems design.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Technical Writing: Proficient in technical report writing, design documentation, and compliance reports.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • RF Lab Equipment: Experience with RF lab equipment such as VNA, VSG, SA, and NFA.
  • CAD Skills: Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout using CAD packages such as Altium Designer.
