About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Fraud Operations Team Manager to lead our team in preventing, detecting, and investigating fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and oversight to a team of fraud prevention specialists, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Fraud Prevention and Detection: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential fraud risks, and develop strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.
  • Customer Centricity: Foster a customer-centric approach within the team, ensuring that all interactions with customers are professional, courteous, and result-oriented.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all investigations and resolution processes are thorough, timely, and accurate, meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Team Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting career growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in fraud prevention, detection, and investigation, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team development, coaching, and mentoring. In-depth knowledge of fraud prevention and detection strategies, relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Education: Relevant diplomas, certificates, or completed training courses in fraud risk management.
