Kontak Recruitment is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to provide technical advice on geotechnical matters related to construction projects in Chintsa, Eastern Cape.
The ideal candidate will have experience in structural engineering, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Salary: R70 000 – R75 000 per month.
Contract Basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance on geotechnical aspects of construction projects.
- Review and analyze geotechnical data to inform project decisions.
- Develop and implement geotechnical strategies to mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure geotechnical requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with exposure to buildings, structural works, and infrastructure projects.
- Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design, and materials.
