We are seeking an experienced Invoicing / Admin Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoicing with high accuracy
  • Manage stock levels and fill invoices, delivery notes, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with accounts department regarding customer special requests for delivery
  • Ensure all quotes and purchase orders are processed within specified times
  • Maintain accurate records and submit relevant paperwork

Requirements:

  • Experience in doing invoices accurately and in detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Syspro software
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work accurately under pressure
