The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the visual direction of creative projects, working closely with designers and other team members to develop visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the client's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine creative concepts for various projects, including advertising campaigns, websites, branding, print collateral, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure that visual elements are aligned with the overall brand vision, style guidelines, and client objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and refine ideas, ensuring innovative solutions to design challenges.
• Oversee the design and execution of high-quality visuals across digital and print mediums.
• Create and present design mockups, storyboards, and prototypes for client approval.
• Ensure all visual assets are on-brand, consistent, and deliver on the intended message.
• Manage the overall design process, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other creatives to execute projects seamlessly.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure that project deadlines and expectations are maintained.
• Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision, needs, and goals.
• Work with clients to understand their brand, target audience, and messaging, translating that into compelling visual designs.
• Ensure all creative work is executed with attention to detail, and adheres to quality standards.
• Review and approve designs, layouts, and visual materials for consistency with brand guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the work remains fresh and innovative.
