Financial Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Director to join our team at Dynexity.
About the Role:- Cash flow forecasting and budget management are critical components of this position, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts, taking into account various factors such as revenue streams, expenses, and liquidity requirements.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
- Management Accounts: Prepare and analyze management accounts, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Working Capital Management: Optimize working capital levels by implementing effective cash management strategies, minimizing unnecessary liabilities and maximizing returns on investment.
- Company Taxes (SARS): Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, managing tax planning and preparation to minimize tax liabilities and maximize refunds.
- Annual Financial Statements and Audit Preparation: Oversee the preparation and review of annual financial statements, coordinating with auditors to ensure seamless audit processes.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial operations or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting, with the ability to develop complex financial models and scenarios.
- Proven track record of success in budget management, cost control, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
The salary for this position is R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement funding, and paid time off.
