We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Datonomy Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, ensuring alignment with our business governance principles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of governance principles and their application within organizational training frameworks. They will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of training projects, managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects in alignment with L&D strategy and business governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables for training projects. Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns proactively. Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with instructional designers and trainers to ensure that training content is relevant, effective, and aligned with project goals. Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance on project tasks and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Governance Alignment: Ensure all training projects reflect the organization's governance principles and compliance requirements. Continuously assess and refine project processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering training solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within Learning & Development or a related environment.
  • Strong understanding of governance principles and their application within organizational training frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
