Hollywoodbets is a leading gaming and entertainment company with a strong presence in Africa and the UK. We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Design Team Leader to join our Purple Team in Umhlanga, Durban.
This role will oversee the design pod team, managing all aspects of graphic design from concept to execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading brainstorming sessions, conceptualizing, developing, and executing 360 projects, adhoc projects, and campaign requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a senior design-related position and a bonus would be a diploma or degree in a relevant field. A strong understanding of illustration, typography, layout, powerful copy, and good graphic design practices is essential.
The Senior Graphic Design Team Leader will manage the liaison between pod heads and other creative HODs to ensure collaboration on project start-up. They will also present creative concepts to the broader business teams and management.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give high priority to customer complaints and exceed client expectations regarding service delivery.
