Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks within established legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting.
  • Demonstrate effective self-management and performance ownership.
  • Be able to work overtime and adapt to pressure situations.
  • Utilize personal transport for work purposes.
  • Perform electrical repairs and general building maintenance.
  • Maintain and repair furniture.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Hold a Matric (Grade 12) qualification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate effective communication across all levels.
  • Be self-driven and proactive.
  • Possess strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Code B).
  • Have mechanical and electrical trade experience.
