About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and have at least three years of experience in nonprofit legal services. A strong understanding of nonprofit law, including tax law, corporate law, and contract law, is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to nonprofit organizations

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. The estimated salary for this position is around $100,000 per year.
