Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, staff performance, and quality control metrics.
Requirements
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
