We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment for our dedicated team of professionals. As a **Veterinary Receptionist – Part Time**, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the first point of contact, you will serve clients during emergency situations, greeting them, answering calls, booking appointments, and handling financial transactions.
- You will manage administrative duties accurately, ensuring the clinic operates efficiently.
- You will provide updates to veterinary staff about patients en route or clients requiring assistance.
- You will be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information to clients when they need it most.
- You will act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
Working Pattern:
The working pattern includes Saturdays from 12:00 to 19:00 and Sundays from 09:00 to 18:00, with breaks throughout the week. You will also work a fair share of bank holidays.
