RedCat Recruitment is a renowned recruitment agency, seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead our academy business unit.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage training projects, including resources, budgets, and learner success.
  2. Oversee the operations of the academy, encompassing training sites, clients, sales, marketing, business development, and financial planning.
  3. Evaluate assessment quality through POE oversight and ETQA policy management.
  4. Lead people and perform office and training administration, including client and learner queries, project coordinator motivation, and project status reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Registered Assessor and Moderator certification.
  • At least 5 years of training management experience in a SETA-accredited environment.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
