We are looking for a mid-senior level professional with CommVault Backup Certification and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Operational Support: Perform day-to-day operational support for CommVault Backup systems, ensuring high service quality and adherence to SLAs.
  • SLA Compliance: Manage SLA compliance and documentation, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Change Control: Handle Change Control, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Standby Support: Provide standby support on a 50/50 rotation schedule, being available to respond to incidents and issues as needed.
**Requirements:**
  • CommVault Certification: Must hold current CommVault Backup Certification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in backup operations and management, including SLA, Change Control, Incident, and Problem Management processes.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SLA, Change Control, Incident, and Problem Management processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a hybrid environment.
  • Availability: Availability for standby duty, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

Contract Duration: 6 months.
