Key Responsibilities
  • Customize SAP APO/PP/MM to meet specific market needs, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
  • Execute demand and material planning processes, including MRP, replenishment, and inventory management, to optimize our supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage core interfaces, process chains, batch jobs, and data flows to ensure smooth system integration and data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and handle user tickets within defined SLAs, providing timely and effective support to our stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system integration and support, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Develop strong knowledge of supply chain processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and test management tools is highly desirable, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within an agile team structure, with flexibility to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when required.
Requirements
  • Relevant IT or Business degree, or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in SAP MM/PP.
  • Certification in SAP PP/MM, with SAP S/4HANA certification being advantageous, demonstrating expertise in SAP solutions.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM/PP, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
