Talented Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Site Management Specialist to join our operations team. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing site activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage site activities, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement site management plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective collaboration.
- Monitor and control costs, resources, and timelines to achieve site management objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or a similar role within a technical, construction, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
- Relevant qualification in site management, engineering, business management, or a related field (advantageous if PMP, Prince2, or similar certified).
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure, managing high workloads while maintaining accuracy, focus, and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities, including managing cross-functional teams and external service providers.
