Senior Hydrogeologist

Hire Resolve's client in the water and environmental consultancy industry is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist in Rivonia, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex hydrogeological projects, conducting field data interpretation, and developing groundwater models.

1. Lead hydrogeological projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
2. Interpret and manage field data to inform project decisions
3. Develop and maintain accurate groundwater models
4. Prepare high-quality hydrogeological conceptual models
5. Promote company standards and methodologies in hydrogeology
6. Provide training and mentorship to staff
7. Contribute to revenue growth and assurance
8. Participate in geophysics, pump testing, drill supervision, dewatering, and mine hydrogeology

1. Bachelor of Science Honours Degree or MSc in Hydrogeology
2. Proven experience in mining hydrogeology
3. Strong project management and report writing skills
4. Excellent communication skills for client relationships
5. Good client management and delivery efficiency
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Registration as a professional scientist (Pr. Sci. Nat) or eligibility for registration
