Associate Attorney Vacancy at Majang and Associates

Majang and Associates, a leading South African law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our team in Johannesburg and Cape Town. As a key member of our litigation team, you will provide strategic and practical advice to clients, combining academic and legal expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide litigation support to our clients, with a focus on employment and labour law, and administrative law.
  • Work independently and in collaboration with others to deliver high-quality results.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to draft pleadings, affidavits, and heads of argument.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage a busy practice, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Admitted attorney with litigation experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in drafting pleadings, affidavits, and heads of argument.
  • Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy practice.
