We are seeking a highly skilled Bituminous Emulsifier Technician to join our production team at AECI - Good Chemistry.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient manufacture of bituminous emulsifiers and products.

Key Tasks:

1. Unload raw materials from tankers into storage tanks
2. Conduct regular stock checks of raw materials and finished products
3. Manufacture bituminous products using established procedures
4. Transfer products to finished product tanks and mix as required
5. Take representative samples during the manufacturing process
6. Verify vehicle tanks to prevent product contamination
7. Load hauler and distributor trucks according to loading instructions
8. Prepare delivery samples for clients
9. Fully fill drums with product and seal them securely
10. Move drums to the finished product area using a forklift
11. Record drum stock levels
12. Ensure a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work safely with raw materials and finished products
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
