About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in the Middle East. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive patient care, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care and treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Educate patients and their families about disease management, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
- Holds either a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or Registered Nurse/Midwife Diploma.
- Holds a valid practice license in their home country.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same field, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Maintains required hospital certifications, such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS), etc.
- Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate evolving patient needs and healthcare protocols.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
