**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist our design team with various tasks related to graphic design, artwork coordination, and customer communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Liaise with clients and assist with general queries and questions related to artwork approval
* Manage internal email correspondence between departments related to allocated orders and artwork approval
* Ensure accurate and timely receipt of artwork from Layout Artists
* Maintain accurate records of allocated orders and their status using online platforms
* Support the sales team with general operations to help reach team objectives
* Manage email correspondence and assist with duties in the absence of colleagues

**Requirements:**
* Matric or similar qualification
* CorelDRAW certificate of completion
* Basic computer skills
* Previous graphic design experience advantageous
* Interest in graphic design
* Good communication skills
* Friendly personality
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Reliable transport to Bellville
