We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping & Warehouse Operations:
  • Plan and execute shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Optimize load efficiency and manage Goods in Transit integrity to prevent loss or damage.
  • Oversee export administration and documentation compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain warehouse security and accurate inventory records using SAP systems.
  • Conduct stock checks and implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Supervise truck/container loading according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA) standards, SHEQ policies, and company regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, updating risk registers to maintain a proactive approach.

Customer & Staff Management:

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and resolve logistics issues promptly.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support staff training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Cost Control:

  • Manage budgets and optimize resource use to minimize costs and reduce overtime.
