Job Description

This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for the effective management of maintenance teams. The successful candidate will be an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a strong background in food manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance team to ensure all machinery is operating at optimal levels.
  • Maintain and develop preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
  • Liaise with production teams to schedule regular maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with GMPs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Government certificate of competency.
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
