Resident Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to join our team at Royal Haskoning DHV. As a key member of our construction supervision team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and budget.
• Compile and submit monthly cashflows and progress reports to the Contracts Engineer.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with quality management and quality control procedures.
• Prepare and submit progress payment certificates and final draft VOs for approval.
• Monitor site health and safety and environmental compliance.
• Keep a daily diary of construction activities and progress.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and as-built drawings.

• B.Eng/B.Sc or equivalent in Civil Engineering with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Professional registration with ECSA (PrEng) is essential.
• Experience with large diameter pressure pipelines construction and BIM implementation is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.

• M.Sc in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with ISO19650 standards and EPANET/EPASWMM software.
