Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at FirstRand Bank Limited. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a financial institution or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
