Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a financial institution or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
