Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify receipts of goods
  • Manage depot stock transfers and reconciliations
  • Perform debtors and customer account reconciliations
  • Conduct age analysis and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and dispatch customer statements
  • Handle and respond to customer account queries


Requirements:
  • Matriculation certificate
  • 2-3 years of experience in debtors in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions
  • Prior experience with Pastel Partner or similar accounting software
  • Preference given to candidates with Shoprite debtors experience
