Job Title: Team Assistant - Operations Support

Job Summary:

The Team Assistant will provide administrative and client support to the Operational Staff, working under the leadership of the Country Director and the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support, managing information, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Operational Staff, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage information and data, including maintaining up-to-date unit project files and retrieving data from various sources.
  • Coordinate logistics, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing budgets.
  • Provide client support, including answering internal and external queries, and maintaining current distribution lists.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in a large international or service or private sector organization.
  • Proficiency in using advanced functions on Bank standard computer applications (Windows applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of and ability to execute diverse work procedures related to the timely processing and production of assigned outputs and supporting administrative activities.
