About the Role:
This role involves sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, head hunting, social media, and networking events.
Responsibilities:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Generating leads through various sources and platforms.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Facilitating negotiations and placements.
- Conducting market research to align ourselves with industry changes and market trends.
- A minimum of 2-5 years' experience within the Recruitment Industry as a generalist Senior Recruitment Consultant is required.
- Knowledgeable in major industries such as Finance, IT, HR, Mining, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG, etc.
- A Matric qualification is essential, and a qualification in HR/Psychology or similar will be an added advantage.
- Strong finance acumen is necessary.
- Sound negotiation skills are required.
- Computer literacy in CRM and ATS software such as Placement Partner, Zoho Recruit, Hubspot, Manatal is necessary.
- MS Office skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook are required.
- A valid Driver's License is necessary.
- Own transport will be highly advantageous.
- Fluent in English or Afrikaans is required.
A competitive basic salary plus sales incentives and commission.
