**Job Title: Maintenance Planner**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team at MPRTC Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency of our production processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, inventories, and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on new processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements:**
- Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification.
- Valid Code B Driver's License.
- Previous experience in maintenance planning and scheduling is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the On-Key system is a plus.
- Background in supply chain management is beneficial.
- Knowledge and experience in maize and wheat production will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Experience in a production and industrial environment.
- Must have a clear criminal record.
