The GCC Certified Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance and operations of mining equipment, ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, and leading a team of engineers and technicians to achieve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • GCC Mines and Works (Government Certificate of Competency in Mines and Works) is a mandatory requirement.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mining Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an engineering role within a mining or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
