  • Process and respond to travel requests promptly, ensuring all client specifications and SLAs are met.

Precision & Quality Control:

  • Diligently check documents, manage visa processes, and utilize cutting-edge technology to source the best fares.

Industry Insight:

  • Proactively monitor market trends and industry challenges, advising clients with timely strategic recommendations.

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage your own task queue multiple times a day, ensuring every booking meets the highest quality standards.
Requirements:

You're more than just a travel consultant - you're a travel strategist.

  • Education: A minimum of Grade 12 + travel qualification paired with excellent business communication skills in English.
  • Experience: A seasoned expert (6+ years) with proven experience in Oil & Gas travel consultancy.
  • Technical Expertise: Mastery of GDS systems, fare and ticketing procedures, and a sharp sense of geography to navigate domestic, regional, and international bookings.
