Main Goals:
  • Build a world-class Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function that is recognized and trusted throughout the organization.
  • Streamline the budgeting and forecasting process to meet the needs and ambitions of the business.
  • Lead the development of the Profit & Loss Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Group-level cash flow planning process.
  • Deliver actionable reporting through cross-functional business partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain processes across departments to drive business outcomes.
  • Offer strategic guidance to drive long-term shareholder value.
Key Activities:
  • Serve as the expert for the FP&A tool in Finance and continuously improve processes and analysis.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management, Account Management, and Business Development to build the corporate revenue forecast.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop revenue/cost budgets.
  • Create, refine, and maintain budget templates tailored to departmental and regional needs.
  • Ensure budget templates include the necessary dimensions for enhanced forecasting insights.
  • Review, refine, and maintain monthly departmental management accounts.
  • Hold regular meetings with cost owners to understand and challenge variances to forecast.
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
  • Partner on financial models for ad-hoc projects.
  • Work with the FP&A Director to implement advanced reporting and analytics with non-financial data.
  • Be a key point of contact for the Finance team in building complex models and providing Excel support.
  • Promote stakeholder adoption of the FP&A tool for self-service reporting.
