Junior Draughtsman Opportunity

Hire Resolve is seeking a talented Junior Draughtsman to join our client, a leading engineering firm in Krugersdorp. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or those with some experience to develop their drafting skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and modify detailed drawings and plans for engineering projects
  • Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to finalize designs
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and specifications
  • Ensure accuracy of drawings and compliance with industry standards
  • Participate in project meetings to provide drafting insights
  • Maintain organization of project files and drawings
  • Support the production team with necessary adjustments and updates to designs
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Draughting or Engineering
  • Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an advantage
