About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Promptly informing supervisors of potential problems or client concerns.
  2. Reviewing and responding to management and client requests via various communication channels.
  3. Providing good customer service and maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  4. Contributing to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure accurate record-keeping of account processes.
  5. Overseeing workflow and job balance between staff members to ensure tasks are completed within SLA requirements.
  6. Communicating and training team members on changes to workflow or procedure.
  7. Managing daily and monthly records on service activity.
  8. Effectively communicating with clients and staff members.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
