About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at EnableSA (Pty) Ltd in Port Elizabeth. This strategic position is critical in driving business growth and improvement through effective systems management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing software tools, ERP systems, and platforms that support informed business decision-making. With a focus on delivering innovative solutions, this role will ensure seamless integration of technology, data, and business processes across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems & Software Development: Collaborate with service providers and consultants to design, build, and maintain software applications, ERP systems, and platforms that align with business strategies.
  • Information Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information that supports business operations and decision-making.
  • Business Analytics: Analyze market data (local and international) to inform strategic decisions, providing actionable insights that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Support client-facing teams by conducting audits, identifying system gaps, and providing CRM insights to enhance customer relationships and experiences.
  • Sales & Commercial Support: Develop sales call cycles, analyze sales and distribution data, and perform regular audits of remote sites to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • IT Support: Provide technical assistance to system users, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with service providers for system upgrades and maintenance, and ensure smooth operation of software and hardware.
  • Staff Training & Development: Train and develop staff to effectively use systems, ensuring continuous process improvement and stakeholder communication.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budget allocations for systems, databases, and staff resources, tracking and managing budgets related to sales, operations, and special projects.
Requirements

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional. To succeed, you will need:

  • Education & Training: A higher commercial degree or university degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced Skills: Proficiency in systems management, Excel, and data analytics, as well as project management experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology, business administration, systems development, or audit processes.
  • Characteristics: An analytical thinker able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights; an innovative problem solver who can develop creative solutions; strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams; excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand information; agile and adaptable, with a detail-oriented and highly organized approach.

The estimated annual salary for this role is R850,000 - R1,100,000, depending on experience.
