Network Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Analyst to join their dynamic Microinsurance team. This role focuses on life, structuring & solutions, and non-life product development.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data for actuarial functions. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Pricing and Structuring: Assist in pricing and structuring new insurance products, ensuring competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage product-related risks through stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with actuarial standards and regulations, preparing statutory reports and ensuring product compliance.
• Experience Studies & Assumptions Setting: Conduct experience studies to inform assumptions for pricing, reserving, and risk management.

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Progressing towards an Actuarial qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in an actuarial role.
• Exposure to life and non-life insurance, pricing, and product development is advantageous.
