Job Description:

The Legends Agency seeks a skilled Junior Revit Designer to develop high-quality fire protection system designs.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD 2D.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Technical Execution: Develop detailed fire protection system designs using industry-standard software.
  • Create three-dimensional CAD models for piping systems to support design, coordination, and fabrication.
  • Apply industry standards, codes, and compliance requirements to all designs.
  • Produce Virtual Design Coordination (VDC) documents, including HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Piping disciplines.
  • Standardize and maintain the Revit library to ensure fire compliance.
  • Engage with clients, consultants, and professional teams to present and refine designs as per project requirements.

Project Coordination & Administration:

  • Plan and manage design tasks by prioritizing work in line with project deadlines.
  • Participate in costing of sales proposals by preparing initial designs, engaging with estimators, and optimizing designs for cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate design records and documentation according to filing conventions.
  • Continuously enhance Revit (CAD) expertise by staying up to date with new developments and best practices.
