As a key member of the Fiskal Finance team, you will be working closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills in management accounting, operational finance, and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Finance Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of operational finance principles, systems, and processes, from data entry to financial reporting.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with our seasoned professionals to provide financial consulting services to our diverse client base, assisting them in achieving their financial objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making for our clients.
  • Data Management: Be responsible for accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, maintaining financial databases, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Help in crafting financial dashboards, financial statements, performance reports, and variance analyses.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial processes and reporting systems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new systems, accounting regulations, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including C-Suite executives, entrepreneurs, auditors, and legal advisors, to provide holistic financial solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIMA Accredited preferable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Project Management Skills - we need finishers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
