Job Overview

Our company is looking for a talented Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team at Jordan Hr. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for managing the activities of the AR department and ensuring maximum cash reimbursement, prompt payment for goods sold, and uninterrupted cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly AR close process, including reconciliation of AR sub-ledger to GL and preparation of AR month-end schedules.
  • Daily review of collection reports to ascertain the status of collections and balances outstanding.
  • Audit delinquent accounts considered to be uncollectible to ensure maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad-debt status to the account.
Required Skills:
  • ERP system experience (Syspro) is a must.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel.
  • Strong managerial and organizational skills; accurate and detail-oriented as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff at various levels.
