Job Description

The Performance Improvement Lead will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the allocated Financial Wellness Unit by compiling and implementing business solutions, marketing and promotional plans.

This includes positively managing the performance of all agents to meet and solve targets, thereby ensuring growth and service delivery according to Bayport Financial Services' business and operational strategy.

The role requires managing the relationship between the branch manager and agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business solutions, marketing and promotional plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage the performance of all agents, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet and exceed targets
  • Work closely with the branch manager to develop and implement plans that align with Bayport Financial Services' business strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience And KnowledgeMinimum Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in business improvement, with a focus on performance management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
