Job Description

This role plays a critical part in assisting the team to deliver on tender requirements, ensuring alignment with the business objectives of Momentum Health.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • To identify new business opportunities and coordinate submission of quality proposals and tenders to meet tender requirements.
  • Ensure compliance of tender responses, documentation, and submissions by conducting thorough analyses, preparation of content, and obtaining relevant information.
  • Support the coordination of events in line with business development objectives.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field to enhance continuous improvement.
  • Effectively manage resources to deliver on tender requirements, website submissions, and electronic communication.
  • Maintain the accuracy of database registrations by systematically updating them with the latest company information.
  • Maintain electronic templates and documents for company use.
  • Manage the content repository, ensuring all content is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.
  • Achieve project objectives by employing robust management techniques to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with designers and other suppliers to ensure tenders look professional and are aesthetically appealing.
  • Source high-quality packaging that competes with industry standards.
  • Coordinate site visits according to best practices and utilise the latest technology advancements at the most cost-effective price.
Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
  • Degree in Communication or Marketing, or equivalent relevant qualification.
  • Project Management Course.
  • Registered with the Association for Proposal Management Professional (APMP).
  • 5-8 years' experience in a Tender Fulfilment role, with 3 years' experience in the medical industry.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a Marketing or Sales role.
  • 2-3 years' experience in people management.
